Blemain Finance introduce Pre-approved Title service

Blemain Finance has introduced a new service to help packaging brokers complete cases faster.

Packaging brokers can simply make a copy of Signature ID, Credit Agreement, Legal Charge, Application Form and Land Registry Office Copies and highlight them with the words ’Pre-approved Title’ and send these in addition to the Legal and Documentation Pack. The case will be checked by the Legal Department as soon as it’s received, rather than after it has been mandated.

The benefit to brokers is that the case can be considered funded once technical and mandating checks have been completed and any title issues are highlighted earlier in the process.
