Personal Touch adds Cheshire Mortgage Corporation to Panel

Cheshire Mortgage Corporation has announced its addition to the extensive panel of lenders operated by Personal Touch Financial Services.

Cheshire Mortgage Corporation is the “all status” residential lending division of Blemain Group, providing regulated mortgage contracts, shared ownership, owner-occupied semi-commercial mortgages and bridging finance.  They will consider any amount of adverse, all income sources including self-cert and DSS benefits, and any property type including non-standard constructions.

Personal Touch Financial Services is one of the largest financial services distribution networks in the UK.  They also provide compliance training and marketing services for ARs and offer support in these areas for the Directly Authorised community.  Both PTFS and their “Toolbox” back office system have won several industry awards in recent years.
