Rates Reduced on Commercial Bridging

As part of our latest criteria changes we are delighted to have reduced rates on all commercial bridging finance from Lancashire Mortgage Corporation.

Our standard plan is now available with rates from 1.25% and LTVs up to 75%. Three month Early Payment Plans are also available with rates from 0.675% and LTVs up to 70%. Both these products are available with flexible terms up to 12 months and 100% funding is available with additional security. Staged funding can also be arranged.
